- Delivery Policy
Shipping is free on all products, but without the tracking number. If you wish to track your order, there will be a charge of $5.99 at the checkout for the Paid tracked shipping. The tracking number will be available in your order 2-4 business days after the order is processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The processing and delivery time is usually 9 – 16 business days, however with the recent development of COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot guarantee the delivery time as all postal services are experiencing difficulties in their operations.
Depending on weight of total order you might need to pay additional fees, taxes at your local post, we do not offer any incentive for this.
If the order is late to arrive contact us, our support team is ready to happy all new costumers.
In case the package is returned to us because of incorrect shipping information provided by the costumer, we will notify you immediately at the email address given in the purchasing details.
The funds you have spent will be fully given back to you and you can then make another order with the correct address if you wish to do so. In rare instances a small additional fee might be deducted in case of additional fees with the return.
- Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once the order is placed, and if you change your mind for any reason and want to cancel your order, you have a window of 24 hours from the time you ordered. Any cancellation after that period of time will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
- Return Policy
After we receive your refund request, we will send you a returning address that you will need to use for sending the product/products back for a refund.
If 30 days have passed from the refund request and we still haven’t received the item/items the request will be considered cancelled. Sending us a tracking code is helpful but not needed.
When our team receives the returned goods a thorough inspection begins and we decide if a refund will be issued. Any damage, visible usage, manipulation with the product will lead to cancellation of the refund request.
- Cancellation Policy
If the costumer wishes to cancel the product after ordering it, they have only 12 hours to do so.
You will need to reply to the ticket you received earlier on your e-mail for successful buying.
In other cases, if the product is already shipped out and you wish to cancel it, once you receive it you will need to return it unpackaged. And only then the funds for it will be returned.
Sometimes we might be able to cancel or edit the order even after 12 hours, each order is different so be sure to contact us as quick as possible if you decide you want to cancel or modify your order.
